Is there an AI for changing my voice in real time?

Live voice changers will turn you into a robot, a demon or an anime character on a call or a stream, cheaply, and they are genuinely fun. Sounding convincingly like a specific other human in real time, with no latency and no artifacts, is still not a thing you can buy. Offline, on a recording, that conversion works fine.
