Nothing can tell you which questions will be on your exam. Tools that read past papers and lecture notes can rank which topics come up most, and that is genuinely useful for deciding what to revise. The questions themselves are written fresh by an examiner whose job is not to repeat last year, so an app promising the actual questions is selling a fortune.

Why not yet: Exam questions are written by a person after the tool has seen its data, specifically to test understanding rather than recall, so past papers carry no signal that pins down the next paper's questions.
What would change the verdict: This flips only if the exam itself becomes predictable, drawn from a fixed public bank, and at that point you do not need a predictor, you need to learn the bank.
People keep asking for this: “I suggest either studying with spaced repitition or going to a fortune teller”
