Is there an AI for applying to jobs?

Some tools fire off a hundred-plus applications a day while you sleep; gentler ones just autofill the forms you would rather not retype for the ninth time. Volume goes up, response rate per application goes down. The tailoring tools do write a plausible cover letter per role, which is the half that actually helps.
