ChatGPT cannot make a video, on Plus or on any other plan. OpenAI shut its Sora video app in April 2026 with no announced plan to bring video generation into ChatGPT. What it does now is the writing around a video: the script, the shot list and the prompts you paste into a tool that actually renders frames.
the catchPlenty of guides still show a video button that is gone. Anything sold as ChatGPT video in 2026 is someone else's model wearing the name.
