Is there an AI for diagnosing a rash from a photo?

Photograph the patch, answer a few questions, and a regulated skin checker returns a risk score with a steer on how fast to see someone. The peer-reviewed ones are decent at triage - as in 'this looks worth a doctor visit', not 'here is your diagnosis'. Lighting, camera and skin tone all move the answer.
