Is Turbo AI free?

KINDA · free, with a catch

also searched as: is turbo ai free · turbo ai free · is turbolearn ai free · turbolearn ai free · does turbo ai cost money · is turbo ai free to use · turbo ai is it free

Partly: Turbo AI has a free plan for notes, flashcards and quizzes, but it publishes no limits and has no pricing page. You find the cap by hitting it. The paid plan is $20 a month or $120 a year, with no refunds.

Stay on the free plan if you turn the odd PDF or short recording into notes and flashcards, and can live with not knowing where the cap is.

Pay if you record lectures every week, and take the annual plan only if you are sure, because the $120 is charged at once and is not refundable.

Skip it if you study mostly from readings and slides, since NotebookLM takes 50 sources per notebook free of charge and tells you so in writing.

what the free plan includes

what it leaves out

the catchThe annual plan is one $120 charge, with no refund if you stop using it in March. Your uploads are also less private than they feel: the terms let Turbo AI share them, along with your account information, with universities that request it, and the privacy policy lists training AI tools among the uses of personal information.

Turbo AI free plan: what you get and where it stops

The free plan covers the core job. Turbo AI's FAQ says it includes note generation, flashcards and quizzes, and that upgrading unlocks "unlimited features". There is no table of limits anywhere on turbo.ai.

The figures review sites print, such as 2 hours of lectures and 1 PDF a month, appear on no official page, so we do not repeat them as fact. What we could confirm is that a cap on lecture hours exists, because the site's own upgrade prompt says so.

Turbo AI pricing: no pricing page, and ten prices in the App Store

Turbo AI states its price in its own blog posts from July: $20 a month billed monthly, or $10 a month billed annually, which is a single $120 payment.

The App Store listing is messier. It shows ten in-app purchases for the same Unlimited plan: monthly at $19.99 and at $14.99, yearly at five prices from $19.99 to $119.99, a weekly option at $9.99 and a "50% Off Forever Monthly" at $7.49. Nothing says who is offered which. Read the price on your own screen before you confirm.

How to cancel a Turbo AI subscription before it renews

On the web, open your account settings and choose Manage Billing or Cancel. The terms say to do it at least 24 hours before the term ends to avoid the renewal charge. If you subscribed inside the iPhone app, Apple bills you, so cancel under Settings, your name, Subscriptions.

Do not count on money back. The terms call all fees non-refundable, with one exception: a technical fault Turbo AI cannot fix.

Turbo AI: quick answers

Is Turbolearn AI free?

Yes, on the same terms, because it is the same product. TurboLearn renamed itself Turbo AI, turbolearn.ai redirects to turbo.ai, and the rebrand page lists pricing as unchanged.

Is there a Turbo AI free trial?

Not one it advertises. No trial is listed on turbo.ai, in its FAQ or in the store listings. If checkout offers you one, the terms say you are charged when it ends unless you cancel first.

Is Turbo AI free for students?

It is the same free plan for everyone, with no student plan on any official page. The terms set the minimum age at 16, with a parent's consent if you are 16 or 17.

Is Turbo AI legit?

Yes. It is a real product from TurboLearn, Inc. of Frisco, Texas, with 33K ratings on the App Store and over a million downloads on Google Play. Know the terms before paying: no refunds, individual arbitration, and getting permission to record a lecture is on you.
